Tun Kim is the General Manager, IBM Manufacturing Solutions where she oversees the supply chain operations in Singapore.

She spent her career in bringing out the best in professionals and leaders around the world through coaching and mentoring.  She is especially passionate in helping women to grow and develop personally and professionally.  In 2019, Tun Kim received the Mentor/Coach of the Year in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business presented in New York.  In December 2021, she is conferred the SkillsFuture Fellowship presented by the President of Singapore, honouring Tun Kim as master of skills and mentor of future talent. 

Sinead Giblin is a business leader with over twenty years’ experience in professional consulting services, across Asia Pacific, India, and Europe. She has applied her leadership and technical skills across a range of project roles, client relationship building activities and the operational management of multi-disciplinary teams where she has developed a strong understanding of project and corporate governance.  

Sinead currently leads a team of over 2000 employees, across 7 countries in Asia, including India, and is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Asia business in meeting strategic objectives and delivering client solutions across water, transportation, built environment and power market sectors. Sinead’s career at Jacobs spans 15 years with experience across strategic advisory, project delivery, business development and operational leadership.  

In previous positions, Sinead led Jacobs’ Operations in the Philippines and Hong Kong, based in Manila. Prior to moving to the Philippines, she led Jacobs’ Building and Infrastructure group in Queensland Australia, based in Brisbane.

Anjul Ray heads Experian Asia-Pacific’s Data Partnerships portfolio. She leads Experian’s alternative data practice for the region, providing strategic advice, practice and execution to the region’s telecommunications, SuperApp, payment, e-commerce and fintech companies, among many.

Anjul has put into practice Experian’s data-for-good ethos and has consistently delivered solutions with significant uplift to society. She is a risk and fintech professional with 17 years of extensive experience leading strategic partnerships to drive new value propositions, build expertise in client advisory on risk management and digital transformation, and formulate business strategies for growth. Over this period, Anjul has developed deep expertise in customer acquisition and portfolio risk management for retail customers.

Her career has enabled her to work across key Asia-Pacific financial capitals in India, Hong Kong and Singapore. Anjul is an economist by training with a graduate honours degree from the Delhi School of Economics. 

Madison joined HubSpot 8 years ago as one of HubSpot’s first employees in Asia Pacific. Today she leads HubSpot’s sales team in Southeast Asia. She has built a reputation as one of the company’s top performing salespeople and is a skilled leader and coach. 

Sabrina Ho is the Founder and CEO of half the sky - Asia’s leading career platform for women. She is on a mission to provide every woman the tools to build a successful career and navigate the future of work. 

After more than a decade working in the recruitment industry across the Asia Pacific, Sabrina witnessed first-hand the discriminatory practices that women face in their careers.
