About this role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager or Team Leader looking for their next step to join Johnson Controls in our Mackay Branch.
You will take ownership for the HVAC Service delivery functions for the Service team, including management of WIP, L&M pipeline & labour resourcing and planning.
What you will do:
Hands on role, leading the field team to achieve operational KPIs.
Drives operational excellence.
Manages the WIP list.
Review and management of schedules and reports.
Conduct customer account reviews.
Oversee contract renewal activities.
Drive L&M pipeline management activities.
Manage labour resourcing, forecasting and planning activities.
Manage technician development through on-the-job training, coaching, performance management.
Undertake field ride-along’s with technicians.
What are we looking for:
Experience with HVAC
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel.
