WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Become an expert on The Trade Desk’s platform and create best practices for campaign management. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot campaigns, but will also explain industry trends, upcoming product releases, and new partnerships for relevant opportunities.
Proactively advise clients on optimisation strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance. Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their performance goals and objectives and helping clients take full advantage of The Trade Desk’s product suite in order to hit/exceed those goals.
Provide mid- and post-campaign data analytics and present those findings to clients.
Collaborate with Account Management and Business Development teams to provide support to clients, including onboarding, optimisation trainings, and product updates.
Be an influencer in new product development cycle and in beta testing new products as well as in giving feedback on beta test results.
Understand and communicate The Trade Desk’s value proposition, technology, and partnerships to help grow clients’ accounts.
Clearly identify, communicate, and offer solutions for problems, spend blockers, and future threats or opportunities. Escalating challenges appropriately.
Develop strong time management skills and be able to prioritize what the client really needs and what will add the most value.
Be actively involved in helping to develop trading best practices and seek to share this knowledge with the wider team.
Demonstrate a level of maturity and gravitas in front of clients and internally. Able to present to all levels confidently.
Senior Trading Specialists are committed to collaboration and sharing best practices with peers both within and outside of the Trading function.
They will start taking the lead on delivering to clients and need less day to day direction.
Be able to present a compelling story to our clients. Adapting to what the client needs to see, balancing the right amount of information; right level of abstract and adapting to different levels in the client org.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
9-12 years of digital advertising experience. Experience in ad tech and/or programmatic advertising is preferred.
2-4 years of client facing experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large datasets
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from large datasets
Ability to thrive in a small and high growth environment
