Senior Product Growth Lead: Shaping the future of video

Our in-browser platform and native Windows app gives users access to professional video editing tools and features alongside a one million asset-strong stock library and hundreds of editable video templates. We're the video platform that's built with everyday editors and creators in mind.

About the role:

We're looking for a proactive individual who is curious about our product and our users, and who wants to take that curiosity and turn it into actionable, valuable insights that our product team can use to improve the product experience. We have a lot of data, but don’t have the right person to digest it all and try to answer some of the questions that may sound simple but turn out to be challenging (yet interesting and fun!). Our current strategic focus is on getting Clipchamp into the hands of millions of creators around the world, with this role focusing on optimising activation and retention to help increase our monthly active users (MAU).

Work site: Up to 100% work from home  

Travel: 0-25%


As a Product Growth Lead you’ll:  

  • Form and nurture relationships with your key stakeholders; product managers, data analysts and product marketing managers. 

  • Help product squads, and in particular product managers, develop the Clipchamp product by defining and validating hypotheses and uncovering and recommending opportunities to grow and improve the product.  

  • Execute end-to-end analysis: gathering and shaping analytics requirements; defining success metrics, identifying and validating sources of data; identifying and validating methods of analysis, delivering insights 

  • Work closely with stakeholders from across multiple disciplines (UX, Data, Engineering) to optimise the product together 

  • Identify unstructured problems and articulate opportunities 

  • Actively mine data from all sources, especially SQL databases and use it to predict short-term and long-term outlooks for making marketing and business decisions 

  • Oversee and help with analysis into specific marketing channels to understand the conversion funnel and its underlying drivers; providing optimisation recommendations 

  • Suggest and help the product teams run interesting experiments that will move our metrics
