Job Description
As a Manager, Client Finance Management, you will be a leader of people, programs, and projects that drives the day-to-day execution of key activities and ensures continuity and operational alignment for teams focused on direct management of client financial accounts and projects. You will provide operational leadership and manage standard processes, projects, and programs. You will be working with a wide spectrum of people in the organization like business development executives, HR, legal, business operations and Solution Area. This role reports to the SEA Finance Lead.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the month end closing activities, including reviewing the accounts and variance commentary
Advise client teams on engagement budget and forecast management activities, including analysis of loaded costs (direct, and indirect costs) and other metrics in order to maximize the profitability of engagements
Set and manage budgets and activity/billing rates in alignment with local business plan and organizational goals
Review and analyze the key metrics in SEA and provide actionable data for the business.
Evaluate financial investment performance and underlying costs of an offering through the creation of valuation models and pricing models
Review the Deal Pricing Model for new opportunities.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentation as required.
Oversee the year end audit for SEA, including liaising with auditors.
Well versed in the company policies that affect your work.
Ensure compliance to internal controls.
About you
You are an analytical person with an eye to detail who is seeking to expand your financial expertise in the IT services industry. You are a fast learner and a team player. You also have the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to change. You are a people person who has the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization. You have a curious mindset and a strong interest in understanding the business and what drives performance. You are also able to work independently with minimal supervision and to escalate issues in a timely manner for resolution.
In addition, you have:
Accounting degree
More than 6 years of working experience, with 1 to 3 years of FP&A and/or audit experience from one of the Big 4 Audit Firms
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel, Powerpoint.
SAP knowledge a plus
USA GAAP knowledge a plus
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking); working knowledge of Bahasa is a plus.
Knowledge of consulting companies/IT industry is a plus
