What you will do

You will develop, activate, operationalize, manage, and execute growth initiatives, campaigns and programs to drive retrofit business growth in APAC.  Provide leadership, growth enablement (FLS capacity & capabilities, tools, processes) and problem-solving support to market sales teams to achieve retrofit business growth objectives and deliver financial plan

How you will do it 

  • Develop, lead, drive and support the market sales leaders and FLS teams to achieve their retrofit sales and profitability objectives and enable them to deliver on their growth plans.

  • Responsible to lead the development, launch, activation and operationalization of global & regional retrofit growth initiatives and campaigns (Sustainability / Net-Zero, Healthy Buildings, Metasys Migration, HVAC Retrofit, aaS new solutions) by working closely with Global/APAC/Country retrofit, GCOE, digital solution and products teams.

  • Rejuvenate focus on retrofit growth through marketing & proactive demand generation campaigns by leverage digital capabilities to promote outcome focused solutions.

  • Activate, assign & operationalize all existing and future retrofit leads to dedicated IS / FLS / SAM / FLSP for qualification and conversion into new sales pipeline. Conduct weekly leads progression and secured sales performance reviews and provide problem solving / sales enablement support as needed to market teams.

  • Reinforce/improve current business models, structures, processes, tools, technologies to optimize retrofit business growth performance.

  • Proactively drive BOD efforts with M&E consultants & owners across all APAC markets to improve pipeline quality and conversion/win rates.

  • Keep a regular pulse check, understand & analyze market trends, opportunities, legislation, customer needs and competition to determine and implement innovative retrofit growth offerings and strategies to increase market penetration, secure orders and maximize margin.

  • Seek innovative ways & leverage cross region best practices to profitably drive retrofit growth in APAC.

  • Plan, forecast, and manage investments to support long-term profitable growth in our retrofit business.

  • Provide timely feedback and reports to management to demonstrate retrofit business progress.

What we look for

Required

  • Degree in HVAC or Automation with deep knowledge and experience in Sales & Marketing at regional level. MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years of sales management experience and direct sales experience, and familiarity with HVAC, Controls, Fire & Security related industries

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills. Able to work effectively in a matrix organization structure

  • Strong communication skills both internally and dealing with external stakeholders (preferably bi-lingual). Flexible in adapting to different cultures, excellent at leading & developing diverse teams and driving accountability.

  • Able to deliver the results under constraint of resources, time, and budget
