Our Built Environment practice has a global footprint with more than 5,000 professionals contributing to +$1.5B in revenue.  Our Architectural, Interior and Building System solutions supports all aspects of specialty consulting to include asset management, economics, business development and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services.

Jacobs is hiring a Project Manager to join our Architecture Team within Built Environment Business in Singapore. The role will work on a mega healthcare infrastructure project in Singapore. Responsibilities: 

  • Scheduling, coordination, preparation and distribution of the project

  • Coordination of weekly and monthly project reporting. Compiling, formatting, editing and proof-reading reports & documents

  • Analyses progress report against work schedules and recommend process improvements

  • Document preparation, coordination and quality control of submissions

  • Implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures

  • Issuing deliverables, keeping records and transmittals, coordinating internal/external printing of drawings and documents etc.

  • Tracks feedbacks, requirements and comments received from Client, End Users and External Consultants to be addressed and followed up with the Project Team. Coordinate and collate the project team responses for the feedbacks/queries/comments from Client, End Users for review process before issuance

  • Track and follow up on the queries (RFIs, RFAs) issued to Client, End Users and External Consultants to feedback to the Project Team and Project Leads

  • Oversees project file naming system, folder management and document control system

Here’s What You’ll Need:

To be a successful candidate you shall possess: 

  • Degree in Architecture or Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience which includes 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager

  • Experience in healthcare architecture projects 

  • Singapore's local project experience is essential

  • An organized individual with relationship-building, team-working skills
