Job Description

​

Minimum 7 years of program/project engagement management experience with an overall experience of 10+ years

Managing outcome led technical programs and technical activities in accordance with the agreed project scope

Developing a budge and operating plan for the program

Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement

Managing a technical delivery team for an outcome-based engagement

Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance

Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved

Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services

Risk management and program status reporting throughout the program life cycle

Project management professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, etc are preferred

Knowledge and experience in technical and managerial aspects of data engineering including Agile, DevOps & Waterfall methodologies

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
