Job Description

Introduction
As an Application Package Specialist, you’ll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You’ll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and assess the best solutions on Employee Central (Compensation) and/or Benefits modules

  • Configure, test, deploy and provide post-implementation support to projects

  • Troubleshoot, investigate and fix system incidents and configuration defects

  • Manage foundation objects, fields, business rules and workflows related to Job and Compensation Info portlets

  • Maintain Job Architecture – including job classifications (and country-specific fields), pay grades

  • Maintain Pay Structures – pay components, pay component groups, pay scale information, pay ranges

  • Maintain Benefits configuration – including plans, eligibility, coverages and enrollment processes

  • Perform manual and bulk data updates as necessary

  • Liaise with other teams such as Integrations, Payroll, Security, and other third party systems to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements in the system

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configuration changes performed by peers

  • Communicate change impact to stakeholders

  • Review, assess and deliver SuccessFactors system upgrades


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central (configuration), 1-2 years


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • HR Technology or Compensation & Benefits background, 1-2 years
