Job Description
Introduction
As an Application Package Specialist, you’ll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You’ll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. Your Role and Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and assess the best solutions on Employee Central (Compensation) and/or Benefits modules
Configure, test, deploy and provide post-implementation support to projects
Troubleshoot, investigate and fix system incidents and configuration defects
Manage foundation objects, fields, business rules and workflows related to Job and Compensation Info portlets
Maintain Job Architecture – including job classifications (and country-specific fields), pay grades
Maintain Pay Structures – pay components, pay component groups, pay scale information, pay ranges
Maintain Benefits configuration – including plans, eligibility, coverages and enrollment processes
Perform manual and bulk data updates as necessary
Liaise with other teams such as Integrations, Payroll, Security, and other third party systems to ensure seamless delivery of business requirements in the system
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configuration changes performed by peers
Communicate change impact to stakeholders
Review, assess and deliver SuccessFactors system upgrades
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
SuccessFactors Employee Central (configuration), 1-2 years
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
HR Technology or Compensation & Benefits background, 1-2 years
