Job Description

What You Will Do

This Finance analyst position owns managing manage corporate wide financial processes of forecasting, tracking actuals and providing variance analysis in manufacturing support teams like Corporate Quality, Utilities and Energy, Enviornmental Health and Planning functions

  • Support monthly forecasting, actuals and variance analysis

  • Maintain worldwide data integrity and performance to target KPIs

  • Develop and manage calendars across our BU and Fabs around the world

  • Own the monthly financial reporting to Executives

  • Track productivity and efficiency metrics

  • Drive CIP in to our capex processes and templates

  • Ad-hoc reporting

What You Will Need

  • BS in Finance plus 1-3 years of finance experience, or

Preferred Qualification:

  • Demonstrated accounting and financial analysis skills

  • Strong written English communication

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Bias for action

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Customer orientation

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and with high quality output

  • Strong understanding and proficiency of financial systems and tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Microsoft office suite of products, and Google web applications)

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive standardized processes
