Job Description

What You Will Do

The Manager of the Financial Planning and Analytics will lead the team responsible for developing, implementing and delivering standardized financial reports, dashboards and presentations to a variety of worldwide stakeholders in three countries.  This position will oversee the submission of financial and operational data to and will utilize benchmark data to identify areas of operational and financial performance improvement opportunities. Working closely with the VP Finance and SVP’s of Manufacturing, this position will assist the senior leadership team with developing financial KPIs, executing on major initiatives and strategic decisions; using financial best course of action. Partner groups include Corporate Quality, Utilities and Energy, Environmental Health and Planning functions and amount to approximately $750m in opex spending per annum.

  • Manages and develops the performance and development of a team of a few analysts via clear expectations, performance standards, training/tools and regular feedback

  • Develops, implements, and delivers standardized reports, dashboards, executive-level summary reports and presentations to effectively communicate performance to operational leaders and stakeholders

  • Analyze the trends of KPIs relating to financial metrics spending, savings opportunities and and productivity

  • Communicate heavily with partner Fabs around the world to demonstrate economies of scale.

  • Establish a routine process for compiling and utilizing benchmark data to identify performance improvement

  • Review complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes

  • Adhoc reporting

What You Will Need

  • BS in Finance plus 6 years of finance experience or MBA with >3yrs in field experience

Preferred Qualification

  • Demonstrated accounting and financial analysis skills in GAAP and IFRS

  • Strong written English communication

  • Knowledge of budgeting and planning tools including Hyperion or SAP

  • Demonstrated experience in process excellence and continuous improvement

  • A learning mindset

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Proven results orientation

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment not required, but a plus
