What we do
The TTD Inventory Management team manages, and supports all quality, premium and interesting inventory across all countries, channels, and ad types to support the campaign needs of our clients.
What you’ll do
Create the standard of inventory ad operation with different local media/SSP/Ad Exchange partners
Support on campaign preparation and delivery including advertiser and creative approval coordination with supply vendors
Maintain and document different operational process workflow, and technical offering in the local market, while bridging local market nuances into terms global clients are familiar with in the international market
Enforce policies, operational processes, and standards so that the business teams such as Sales and Client Services adhere to create scalability for the team
Communicate with local partners regularly to ensure the inventory is available and addressable
Troubleshoot campaign delivery for your local market and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure we can resolve the problem
Escalate, track and resolve technical problem with local supply vendors
Evangelize The Trade Desk’s value proposition and technology with our local partners
Who you are
Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin. English is optional.
3-5 years’ experience in China’s Programmatic Advertising Market
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with negotiating with local media companies
Expert knowledge in the local programmatic markets and be able to articulate who are the major players across DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Ability to multi-task and be able to work with across different departments
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
Attention to detail, strong analytical and logical mindset, top notch organizational skills
