Your Role and Responsibilities
Role is to provide Learning Operations Support to the IBM Consulting Learning & Knowledge team in Japan. Ability to communicate fluently (both spoken & written) in Japanese is essential.
Financial Reporting:
Actuals reporting
Spend analysis
Annual & Quarterly Planning activities:
Populating templates
Preparing reports
Preparing guidance for planners
Analysis of plan
Finance activities:
Maintenance of project codes & account ID’s
ICA creation
Adhoc reporting & Data Analysis
Administrative functions such as:
Mailbox management
Monitoring slack channels
Maintaining W3 pages
Access management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to communicate fluently (both spoken & written) in Japanese is essential.
Ability to use excel to a high level is essential.
Ability to work to tight deadlines over financial timescales (such as month & quarter end) is essential.
Experience of data analysis is required.
Knowledge of finance processes such as planning & forecasting is required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Internal IBM L&K tools such as LRT & EPD useful but not essential
Knowledge of finance tools such as ICAs, CIAS etc useful but not essential
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Cognos useful but not essential
