Job Description

Role:IT Security Project Manager (forPUAM/PAM project)

Location: KL, Malaysia

Summary:

PUAM (Privileged User Access Management) project aims to secure all privileged accesses toinfrastructureand sensitive assets within all entities of client worldwide thru a software chosen by the Group (CyberArk)

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge, experience and understanding of

    IT infrastructure

    management.

  • Active Directory and Authentication mechanisms.

  • Good knowledge of server administration.

  • CyberArk knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to

    work in parallel for multiple sub-projects

    with different stakeholders, planning, and milestones.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating on boarding of privileged users/accounts to CyberArk solution in several entities of client, in Asia mainly but not exclusively.

Responsible forend user engagement, working in partnership with platform team management and privileged users to ensure an effective and transparent change to process.

Scope of services and deliverables are detailed below. The project aims atincreasing the capability and coverage of the Privileged User Access Management (PUAM)service to entities.

Responsible for PUAM project delivery for multiple entities with the support of local Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts on boarding through to completion.

  • Provide regular updates to the Global Delivery Manager with full awareness and understanding of all aspects of the project for their given region.

  • Manage project Risks and Issues appropriately, including the development of contingency plans and escalation as required.

  • Organization and management or workshops for technical teams.

  • Work closely with the entities who will receive the service.

  • Partner with BAU to transition the process.

  • Help to improve documentation and propose recommendations.

Deliverables:

  • Build roll out plan, agree go live dates, and manage the overall process end to end.

  • Produce documentation for use cases, process change, user journeys, business workflows.

  • Updates training material, host, and lead training sessions.

  • Support the Project Managers on the activities ensuring the project moves forward quickly.

  • Host regular meetings with support teams to communicate project schedule and detailed activities.

  • including the minutes of meetings and follow-up.

  • Gather special and regional requirements from privileged access teams.

  • Provide weekly updates to the Global Delivery Manager as well as reporting KPI’s, Risks and Issues

Other skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, Network Domain, Workplace/Server administration.

  • Project oriented – pro activity, customer oriented, respect of plannings, result oriented.

  • Communication skills – in listening, spoken and written in English. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
