FP&A Senior Analyst

We are looking for FP&A Senior Analyst to be part of our APAC team to deliver monthly/quarterly reporting ( P/L & KPI) and provide business partnering to support Projects, financial analysis, forecasting/budgeting, operational/metric analysis, Integration tracking, Asset Test, PBT and ad hoc reporting

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly flux and reporting pack, including financial and non-financial critical metrics while explaining key variance drivers with insightful commentary & provides improvement recommendations.

  • Business Partnering- Shares insights with business leaders and Finance management as appropriate to improve business operations

  • Support Forecast & Annual Budget process, including planning, consolidation and preparing financial presentations to Region and Global management.

  • Manage annual long term forecast process for APAC region, working closely with other Regional Finance teams (including Customer and Revenue Finance, Operations Finance), Country Managing Directors, Regional Corporate Development, Commercial Operations and Corporate FP&A.

  • Manage quarterly long term forecast update for REIT asset-test assessment, include participating in quarterly forecast reviews, and monitoring expansion plans to understand if any significant adjustments to previous forecast.

  • SME for Reporting, Planning and Forecast tool in Oracle PBCS (Hyperion); continuously identify opportunities for improvement or participate in regional/global system and process improvement projects.

  • Oversight of country level P&L in quarterly forecast submissions from Customer and Revenue Finance and Operations Finance to ensure integrity of financials for tax assessment purpose.

  • Identify and implement financial planning and analysis improvement initiatives in coordination with global and regional teams.

  • Special projects that may arise for system implementation, Integration or related programs.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis or other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven record as a team player, with ability to partner with employees at all levels in the organization

  • Experience working on multiple projects/cross functional/region/global initiatives

  • Understanding of financial management, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and valuation principles/metrics

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated process improvement track record with ability to solve complex problems

  • Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate and timely work product

  • Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)

  • Oracle experience preferred and/or IT systems experience. Hyperion, Excel Add-ins, Tableau experience is a plus

  • Bachelors degree in Finance/Business Administration or related field

  • 6+ years of Finance experience preferred, preferably in Accounting or FP&A
