Job Description

Reporting to the Cisco Systems Capital (CSC) ASEAN Operations Business Manager, this challenging role will require managing customer relationships with financing customers and required operations including portfolio management, end of lease processes, profitability reporting, and complex transaction management. The successful candidate will partner closely with multiple Cisco/Cisco Capital functional teams from the Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Credit, Pricing and Legal departments.

Primary responsibilities are directed toward individual assignments with cross-team/territory collaboration required to achieve team, territory, and theater targets. The following core competencies and skills are essential:

* Proficiency (written & verbal) in English is mandatory
* General computer knowledge with the ability to learn/navigate complex tools & processes
* Strong Business communication skills (both written & verbal)
* Strong problem solving & decision making skills • Attention to detail/ Accuracy is imperative
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Effective time management and prioritization abilities • Experience working with large technology/telecom customers such as Telekom Thailand will be a distinct positive
* Ability to informally structure teams and tasks and to provide technical guidance across other functions and to client groups
* Capability to act as a liaison between multiple departments in Thailand
* Strong business, accounting, finance and/or math skills, with a good customer service attitude Ability to work cross-functionally with a dedication to customer satisfaction
* Flexibility / Willingness to work on special projects as assigned - Willingness to be based for extended periods at customer worksites for project-based requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Management and process ownership of Cisco Capital Contracts and Leasing Information in Financial Management Systems, including end of term options process management

2. Deal management:

* (a) Support Cisco Capital sales teams on leasing/loan transactions in Thailand;
* (b) Oversee structure and flow of daily transactions, ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions, identify potential issues and missing information early in the deal process and rectify
* (c) provide a layer of quality assurance to the deals process and in country compliance requirements, ensure documents is complete and accurate and all right approvals needed are in place

3. Review overall deal pricing information and deal economics, ensuring exceptions have been managed

4. Have a strong understanding of in country Tax, Stamp Duty, and Treasury regulations and the management thereof

5. Establish and maintenance of effective internal and external customer relationships

6. Review appropriate business control reports, and proactively develop action plans to address the root causes of any deviations

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Commerce (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years’ work experience in Finance, Accounting, General Business, or Customer Service

- Client management experience with large technology/telecom players in Thailand will be a distinct advantage

• Leasing operations knowledge and experience, or relevant experience in commercial lending environment is a plus

• Previous experience from equipment leasing industry is a plus
