We would like to hire a Director for our Security Consulting Business based in our Singapore office. This is a senior leadership role that covers operational and business development responsibilities.

You will be a Professional Representation of Jacobs and support the growth of the Security Consulting business in Singapore and Asia Region; Provide technical and leadership support to Lead Consultants in project delivery and later responsible to lead and deliver security consulting projects; Involve in risk assessments, concept planning, design development, tender documentation & evaluation, and security contract administration; Engage clients and coordinate with relevant governing agencies and Authorities; Prepare and present security findings/design and reports for peer/technical reviews; and Undertakes continuous security learning and upgrading and develop new security approach and methodologies.

You must follow strict compliance with Jacobs Safety Policies, Code of Conduct, Quality Assurance procedures and Business Management System Processes.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification in Security Management or discipline with minimum 10 years related working experience

  • Security registered with Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA’s) Centre of Protective Security (CPS) under the Infrastructure Protection Act.

  • Substantial involvement under the MHA’s CPS Security-By-Design missions for the past 5 years.

  • Substantial knowledge in Physical Protection Systems (PPS) and associated security systems and technologies.

  • Understanding on security best practices, knowledge of local and international security standards and guidelines, and relevant experience with the security industry will be an added advantage.
