Job Description

​Data Center Customer Operation Engineer III.(Osaka)

You will be mainly involved in the following tasks at the data center.
■ Responding to customer entry ■ Responding to customer calls and requests from within the company ■ Fault response


■ Construction management such as construction orders for weak and strong electric power ■ Demand rate management for power supply and air conditioning in the server room ■
Business schedule management

■ Administrative work such as document preparation
* Even if you have no experience, you can stand alone in about 3 months of training.

【Prerequisites】#未経験可

■Communication skills inside and outside the company in Japanese

Those who have obtained the Japanese Proficiency Test "JLPT" N1 or can speak Japanese equivalent
■ Experience using English in business
* Those who are comfortable with English and those who are willing to work on it are also possible.
■ Business experience in the IT industry (help desk, infrastructure operation, etc.)
