Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer III

Job Summary
Applies acquired job skills to work on tasks that are semi-routine in nature. Focus is on completing tasks within standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team in ensuring uptime of Data Center.
Responsibilities
Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance
Performs site inspections and monitors the building and Data Center alarms
Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), or manages vendors
Undertakes repairs and corrective maintenance
Operates critical infrastructure under the supervision of more senior technical staff
Site Administration
Completion of site logs and data gathering issuing for basic permits, such as MOPs and scripts
Incident Management
Responds to all on-site incidents and acts as required
Work Orders
Completes routine work requests and circuit installations
Collaboration
Provides assistance during critical maintenance activities
Effectively collaborates within the department and provides input to peers for general maintenance activities
Additional Projects
Carries out basic infrastructure projects
Qualifications
1+ years experience in a Critical Facilities related role
At least a Higher Nitec/Diploma in an Engineering field preferred
