Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Experienced Commissioning Manager to join our Melbourne team based in Scoresby.

You will be ensuring the installation, testing, and documentation control are compliant with Customer specifications and QA standards. You will liaise directly with the customers and contractors to ensure the desired solutions meet the requirements for the project.

You will be looked upon for your organizational skills to coordinate complex on-site project activities.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinate implementation of project deliverables required to execute assigned projects.

  • Manage safety aspects of site works and ensure compliance to a high standard.

  • Supply leadership to complete the project on time and within budget.

  • Ensure proper project focus and allocation of resources.

  • Effectively manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.

  • Supply project updates to project managers.

  • Ensure a high quality of work and compliance to OHS&E standards.

  • Preparation of QA documentation.

  • Involved in Software testing, System Commissioning and Building Tuning.

  • Effectively manage customer/contractor relationships.

  • Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and solutions that will enable you to plan and drive continuous initiatives for organizational improvement.

  • Ability to demonstrate elevated levels of disciplined, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy in delivery of works under limited timeframe pressures.

What are we looking for:

  • Strong background in Construction delivery

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in building systems post qualification.

  • Excellent written/report writing & verbal communications skills.

  • Great customer service skills

  • Passion to drive front line safety identification and resolution.

  • Electrical trade qualification and understanding of electrical drawings.
