Job Description

​What you will do:

  • Drive overall sales performance for Rest of Asia (ROA) markets, aligning to corporate strategic growth direction.

  • Identifying target customers within your regions from which you will develop opportunity pipeline.

  • Expand, onboard, and work closely with regional distributors to drive sales in Rest of Asia (ROA).

  • Develop short and mid-term business strategy for the assigned regions.

  • Spearheading basis of design (BOD) and spec-in work.

  • Drive new business to hit sales targets throughout the year.

  • Establishing relationships with key influencers, identifying new opportunities, introducing new products, and conducting regular reviews.

  • Provide product expertise through trainings and presentations, highlighting our value proposition with key contractors, consultants, owners, and distributors.

  • You will work closely with the ROA Sales Director to build the core strategy for the focus market as well as with the wider regional teams across sales, marketing, and technical support.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.

  • Manage 3-4 regional sales executives when needed.

  • Willing to travel for business trip.

What we look for:

  • At least 5 years of professional sales/products experience in HVAC or Chiller or VRV/VRF.

  • Strong regional channel sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and ability to prospect, develop and close strategic relationships to achieve sales.

  • Good technical knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems.

  • Skilled at business planning process with distributors and identifying new markets.

  • Skilled in pipeline management and development.

  • Self-starter, proactive and committed with a hunter mindset.
