Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join a project in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Applicants coming from a technical background looking to switch to a functional role would most likely enjoy this challenge.

The Business Analyst must be able to provide professional services in terms of project management and coordination, project implementation and project support. This includes coordinating deliverables base on project plan, software implementation, troubleshooting, providing support services, technical presentation, and customer training. 

The Business Analyst will be required to handle a broad range of technical issues and problems of varying scope and complexity in a timely and cost-effective manner. In addition, maintain close customer relationship to explore and identify potential areas for service development.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Responsible for managing low/medium complexity projects.

  • Report on progress and risks regularly to the management group.

  • Responsible for the implementation of the project execution plan, the monitoring and control of the schedule and coordination with multiple disciplines, vendors and third parties.

  • Gather and oversee the various technical elements that comprise the work force of the project. 

  • Oversee the administration of the daily activities of the project and of making sure that the project is finished on time and within budget. 

  • Act as the technical liaison between the project and the client.

  • Maintain an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and standard compliances.

Role Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or post graduate qualification, preferably in IT/Engineering.

  • Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staffs.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Result-oriented with strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Possess ability to manage the execution of multiple projects simultaneously and negotiate and enhance project value.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of project execution plan and project procedures.
