As one of The Best Employers in Singapore 2022, Jacobs would like to welcome you to join our Water business as an Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) Electrical to be part of the major water treatment project in Tuas, Singapore.
This position’s main responsibility is overseeing Electrical works quality control and assurance matters for the construction of the respective facilities in the contracts under their care on the project using their experience and knowledge in the construction, inspection, and quality assurance of Electrical elements; work across all the related project's contracts under the CM team they are assigned to; supervise the contractors and maintain consistency across all the contracts and ensure that quality of all Electrical works is in compliance with the specifications and applicable codes and regulations; work closely with the RE Electrical, Lead RE (Electrical) and Engineering Manager to communicate with the Client and with 3rd Parties as required.

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience involved in the project construction phase. Consultancy background would be an added advantage.
Large scale or similar water treatment plant project experience preferred due to the project’s nature of works.
