As an Application Package Specialist, you’ll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You’ll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment. Your Role and Responsibilities
Assists clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting, Workday Integrations, including EIB, Studio and Cloud Connect integrations, and/or Talent Management modules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in configuring & supporting Workday HCM module
Deep knowledge in at least one functional area in IBM HR, with minimum 3 years hands-on process experience
Familiarity with at least 2 other functional areas in IBM HR
Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret functional specifications or requirements
Ability to conceptualize how various set-up options affect what happens in the application.
Demonstrated learner and prioritization skills
Familiar with business processes, system controls, process flows, and documentations tools
Understanding of change control, incident management, and testing
Ability to network with deeper experts in these areas and collaborate on setup as needed
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Familiarity with Workday application user interface and configurations
Knowledge and experience in SQL and Report Writer tools
Project management skills
