Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs, including the delivery of new hire bootcamps and role-based onboarding programs

  • Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and tracking program KPIs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across a global, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business 

  • Deliver trainings on sales methodology and sales processes

  • Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities 

  • Participate in the planning and execution of sales training events including sales kickoff

  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, addressing queries, and offering guidance on sales enablement resources and tools.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and product updates to create relevant and impactful sales enablement content. 

  • Build a strong relationship with the sales organization and be perceived as a trusted advisor

  • Provide administrative support to the sales enablement function, including managing calendars, scheduling training, and handling travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, training materials, and other documentation as needed.

  • Maintain and update databases, records, and sales enablement resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ experience in sales enablement or direct sales experience, management experience or program management experience

  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a face paced environment with ambiguity 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment

  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes

  • Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with LMS and CMS or similar technologies

  • Excellent Google Workspace skills including Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms
