Are you interested in innovating to deliver an excellent level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? At Amazon International Seller Services, our mission is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The seller growth function devises programs to recruit new Sellers and improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant Amazon products and services. We provide necessary support to new Sellers starting from their launch on Amazon to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools.


Key job responsibilities
• Setup (or) manage programs by owning the creation of SOP’s, defining the metrics, reporting, monitoring the performance, implementing the technical initiatives
• Interface with Business and Ops groups to gather data and metrics requirements. Examine business metrics to identify and suggest improvement areas
• Generating actionable Insights through Analysis of Key metrics across functions
• Identify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed.
• Working with Seller/Account management teams to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
• Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
• Audit, monitor, and review business performance for your accounts/programs, updating your plans to make sure actions remain optimal to deliver shared goals
• Recommend and make improvements to team processes, metrics, internal tools, SOPs, and other workflows
• Build small to mid-size BI solutions—data sets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses—or components of larger solutions to answer straightforward business questions with data
• Knowledgeable in a variety of strategies for querying, processing, persisting, analyzing and presenting data
• Drive & deliver ML/Rule based prioritization models for the account management teams
• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end projects/programs, ensuring successful delivery and driving overall project/program outcomes.

A day in the life
• Ability to work with IT systems, analyze large amount data. Knowledge on data tools like MS Excel, SQL to prepare, track and report the WBR/MBR metrics. Perform data analysis on need basis
• 3+ years of experience in handling live projects/programs end to end, by owning the delivery and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus
• Communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
• Interest in e-Commerce/Online business
• Ability to achieve results independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction

About the team
Leads Management team (Amazon International Seller Services) supports the International Sales teams in lead generation and lead qualification activities for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team works in collaboration with a Data Science/BIE team to deliver high quality leads to the Seller management/recruiting teams across the globe

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Ability to work with IT systems, analyze large amount data. Knowledge on data tools like MS Excel, SQL to prepare, track and report the WBR/MBR metrics. Perform data analysis on need basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
- E-Commerce experience preferred
- Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets and quotas is desirable
- Experience of CRMs e.g. Salesforce, sales and marketing automation tools
- Experience of working on projects with global stakeholders
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
- Knowledgeable in a variety of strategies for querying, processing, persisting, analyzing and presenting data. SQL knowledge. Maintain and refine straightforward ETL. Create and populate data structures using one or more schema definition languages (e.g. DDL, SDL, XSD, RDF). Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a data analyst or statistical analysis role (can work as internal BA/BIE for team)
- Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight
