Job Description

Cognizant is seeking an experienced ETL (SSIS/SQL) Developer to lead the implementation and execution of our ERP General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), and Billing modules. This full-time role based in Singapore has a favourable salary and the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements.

As an ETL (SSIS/SQL) Developer you will be responsible for the development of highly scalable ETL processes.

In your first few weeks in this ETL Developer role, you can expect to:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor the implementation of ERP GL, AP, AM, and Billing modules, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Develop and ensure adherence to locally defined standards for all developed components

  • Implement best practices using a modern tech stack to improve and simplify complex processes.

To apply for this ETL (SSIS/SQL) Developer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Hands-on SQL knowledge with experience solving complex SQL problems, writing stored procs/functions and using it for ETL integration layer (SSIS)

  • Experience in relational databases like MS SQL Server and programming skills in T-SQL

  • Maintain "common code” libraries for sharing objects and folders.
