Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.

  • Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.

  • Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.

  • Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • More than 5 years in supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow

  • A least 3 years of experience in CSM.

  • Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must

  • Solid understanding in creating business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.

  • ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization

  • With ServiceNow CSM module, including portal customization, and knowledge management.

  • Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations

  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
