Why This Role
As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Process Engineering. Your role will span across existing and new Fabs, improving processes and thereby wafer yields, increasing manufacturing productivity that are key to achieving Fab excellence. Coaching Associate Engineers (AEs) will also be part of your job responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Monitor and sustaining process / SPC to ensure quality of products meet specification
Review ESPC charts using SPACE and monitor all qualified processes using statistical tools.
Setup recipes/ job files in all metrology tools within the Module. Perform regular housekeeping of production job files.
Obtain data for lots affected by tool faults and dispose the affected lots accordingly with minimal held time.
Provide proper and accurate pass down of line issues, outstanding follow-up tasks and documentation (fill up and file the checklists).
Follow SOP, carry out CAS as per specification and execute SPSR in an accurately and timely manner.
Ensure and follow good housekeeping and safety practice when works in the fab or in the office area.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a Electronics / Electrical industry
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)
