She has extensive experience in the technology industry, driving data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns, social media, and content marketing, as well as campus recruitment and employee advocacy initiatives. She loves exploring new possibilities and thrives at collaborating with people to generate fresh ideas that deliver business outcomes. 

She is committed to fostering diversity and promoting a sense of community and belonging at Equinix. She actively supports various diversity initiatives within the company and serves as a mentor in the Equinix Young Professionals Connect program, where she provides guidance to newcomers as they embark on their career journeys.
