Overnight oats

Overnight oats are a quick and easy option that you can prepare the night before. Simply mix together old-fashioned oats, milk, yogurt, and any desired toppings (such as fruit, nuts, or honey) in a jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, you can grab the jar and go, or heat the oats up for a warm breakfast. Overnight oats are a great option because they are portable and can be easily customized to your tastes. You can try different combinations of toppings, such as berries and chia seeds or banana and peanut butter, to keep things interesting.

Breakfast burritos

Breakfast burritos are a convenient option that you can make in advance and freeze for a quick breakfast on busy mornings. Simply scramble some eggs and wrap them in a tortilla with your choice of toppings (such as cheese, diced veggies, and cooked sausage or bacon).
