Based in Singapore, Chee-Wei holds more than 20 years of human resources and consulting experience with strong strategic business-partnering, talent management, organisational development, business transformation, and change management experience at global, regional and country levels.
As the global head of HR for Shell Energy, Chee-Wei will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that drive business growth and transformation of the global energy market.
Her prior role was as the regional head of HR for Shell Lubricants for Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
