What makes a company jump to greatness, and remain outstanding? What about the others who don’t really succeed, or if they do, soon burn out?
One of the biggest differentiating factors is that these companies had leaders who wholeheartedly believed in and followed up through action, with a strong Growth Mindset. They constantly asked questions, were deliberately looking for honest truths and failures in order to keep evolving and to keep being successful. They chose innovation over apathy and complacency. This is a vital mindset for any leader to be successful, even in the face of overwhelming challenges.
