Courtney Lach leads Qualcomm’s student engagement programs, ranging from overseeing their top ranked internship program to hosting development conferences to building interactive hackathons. She loves using her creativity to form programs that help students, especially women, find their best self. Outside of work, she helps inspire women of all ages learn to code (including herself) by serving as a co-lead of the San Diego Chapter of Girl Develop It.

Channeling 10 years of HR expertise in companies like L'Oréal, LVMH and Fonterra, she founded Badass Careers to help ambitious Millennial & GenZ professionals craft killer career strategies, future-proof themselves and build meaningful careers.

Sabrina has been working in the talent solutions industry across Asia Pacific for close to 15 years and is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals in the workforce.
