It's the New Year and it's the perfect time for you to set some new goals and really propel your career forward. And yet, as we ask that question, many of you will be secretly moaning and worrying whether that really is possible. After all, you have to navigate office politics, what your manager wants vs what you want, what your family needs vs what you need, and perhaps even overcome your own insecurities to really push for your true aspirations. Do you even have the time and bandwidth to focus on your career vs all the other demands in your life?
This start of the year workshop, 'New Year, Better You - How to Take Charge of your Career in 2022' will start to identify some of those concerns, leaving you with some tips and helpful tools to help you move forwards and to seize opportunities, in short, taking charge of your career - whether or not the challenge is you, your family or your organisation. Where possible, we would like this workshop to be interactive and for you to start sowing the seeds on how to take charge, so be prepared for an active, immersive, and experiential session!
