Instagram Live In Singapore Time Zone
Join us for a 40 minutes yoga class this Friday 17 April at 8 AM on half the sky instgram LIVE.
Our lovely instructor Davina - Co-Founder of HASIKO will be live streaming the session from Singapore and joined by our Founder & CEO Sabrina.
Davina will be guiding you through a wake-up and shine sun practice with a relaxing guided 15 minute yoga nidra meditation to finish (no meditation experience needed). You’ll feel energised, fresh and ready to dispel any of the days woes. This will be a gentle practice but will be energetically powerful as you will be using the breath to connect the mind and the body. Suitable for those with some experience in yoga.
