Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Ops specialists to support the procurement & claims operations, from catalogue maintenance to PO generation & supplier invoice payments through the Procure-2-Pay platform and staff claims via the Expense system
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Finance AP to digitize manual invoices and enable STP so as to ensure a high level of Spend visibility through the continual adoption of the Procure-to-Pay platform and associated processes
- Focus on employee journey by enhancing processes, policies and systems to alleviate any employee pain points and improve employees’ procurement & claims experience
- Use data to drive new initiatives and controls for continuous improvement & risk mitigation
Requirements
- University degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills
- Good understanding of Procure to Pay and Staff Expense systems and their related functionalities (preferably Coupa)
- Detailed understanding of procurement processes, with strong knowledge on invoicing and payments
- Good understanding of Agile Project Management, Technology, Banking operations with extensive experience in Procure-to-pay systems, specifically Coupa
- Sound knowledge in people management and development, change management, project management, and information technology literacy and applications
