Your Role and Responsibilities
The role requires constant collaboration with business partners, key users, operations managers and various technical support groups from Manila and other regional/global counterparts

  • Achieves business results using IBM’s tools and techniques
  • Monitors the project team’s performance to ensure that project deliverables are met.
  • Ensures that proper communication is maintained between all parties involved in a project
  • Tracks all project-related issues and ensures closure of these issues.
  • Escalates unresolved issues to other pre- identified support groups
  • Maintains daily linkage with the key business project resources to remain in the loop in project issues and status
  • Analyzes impact, risks and effort needed to implement a change affecting the project.
  • Ensures that the transition knowledge-base and transition documentations are kept current
  • Performs other necessary and relevant tasks / responsibilities assigned by his immediate manager.
  • Ensures that there is a seamless transition between Transition project teams and Transition service management teams.
  • Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.
  • Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10 years or more experience spanning across transition solutions, transition management, including managing complex transitions, transformation, and operations.
  • 3 years or more experience in handling complex CRM transitions
  • Has led multi-functional teams or department(s) to deliver project objectives. Able to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities, and resources and drive project success.
  • Leverage on practice (CRM) expertise and thought leadership in handling and addressing project issues, risks, and governance.
  • Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Ability to work out win-win solutions between clients (internal and external) and Transition project teams to meet, if not exceed client expectations
  • Have strong personal leadership, passion for quality and ownership in accomplishing challenging goals.
