The role will be for a one year contract staff, to support execute Cargill's Metals Trade Operations activities for iron ore Shipment. Iron ore TSF Related Trade
Key requirements will include:
-Understanding of the basic TSF business mode under iron ore trade execution;
-Understanding detailsof the iron ore sales contract countersigned;
-Manage and ensure allrelated all related dox are accurately issued;
Support on the Iron Ore Seaborne flow:
-Support on the documentation.
-Support TE Team tochase/followup the LC with the customers
-Support TE Team tofollow up the vessel status/discharge arrangement, ie send the vesselnomination, followup the vessel status with the local shipping agent, preparethe LOI doc.
-Request for thesurveyor appointment at the discharge port.
-Followup the CIQreport with the customers. Otherdocumentation and system maintance related.
Execute Long term purchase Iron Ore seabone flow:
-Interpretationofcontracts terms and execute thepayment including Letter of credit, DP/DA, Bank guarantee etc as per thecontract..
-Supervise theplanning of cargo including the vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurancedeclaration, discharge/ load port agent appointment, load/discharge operation.
-Management of theshipping documents and payment includingensure accurate invoices/shipping documents issued by the shipper.
-Maintain closecontact with surveyors for preloading and /or loading and /or discharginginspection
-Finalisation of theshipment execution involving, settlement of AR/AP including the Laytime, cargo payments commissionsand related invoices for payment approval
Qualifications / Essential Experience
·Well Knowledge of letter of credit, UCP rules& ISBP, Incoterms and contract execution concept..
·Knowledge of shipping and internationalpractices e.g. C/P terms and its relation to sales/purchase of contracts,laytime calculations, C/P B/L requirements, etc including insuranceclassifications
·Basis Legal/accounting knowledge and sense,which is related to the sales/purchase contract terms and executionissue/dispute/solutions.
·Hardworking, patient, details orientated, andteam player
·Proficient in MS Office, oral and writtenEnglish.
·Very good negotiation, communication andinterpersonal skills; Can work independently and under high pressure Very strong interpersonal agility, cultivates networks with peopleacross the organization.Its career development on the goal toward the seabornetrade flow management.
