Job Description

What you will do:


Lead the technical team to provide after sales support and technical expertise.




How you will do it:

  • Lead the technical team to conduct equipment startup/commissioning
  • Lead the technical team to address warranty visit, emergency call, warranty repair & product improvement
  • Administer the warranty claim to factory
  • Conduct training for FLSP, Sales and customers
  • Provide technical advice to FLSP, Sales and customers
  • Support the Sales and Operations team to make presentation to customer
  • Ensure availability of resources, information, and processes necessary to deliver effective technical support

Key Performance Indicators

  • Conduct equipment startup/commissioning on time based on customer schedule
  • Perform the warranty visit on schedule
  • Perform the warranty repair on schedule
  • Attend emergency call within the agreed SLA
  • Regular training for FLSP, at least once a month

Qualifications - External


What we look for:



  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree from Engineering with 5 years HVAC’s working experience or high school degree from HVAC with 8 years HVAC’s working experience
  • High technical skills with hands-on experience, such as but not limited to HVAC troubleshooting, compressor overhaul, etc.
  • Good leadership, communication, and reporting skill
  • Fluent English and computer’s ability are mandatory
