Job Description

  • Supports DuPont China Employees and China HR on HR-related concerns  
  • Answer calls and e-mails in Mandarin or English (depending on the requestor) of HR-related concerns
  • Maintenance of Employee Lifecycle Data (Employee Data from Hire to Retire and in between) in the Workday System and other HR systems
  • Process Help Tickets from China Employees through the Salesforce System (SFDC)
  • Conduct data quality review of Help Tickets and Workday Data
  • Participate in HR OPEX Monthly Business Reviews, quarterly Townhalls and other department/company activities
  • Participate in projects/initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a College Graduate (diploma, certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in any field)
  • Good reading, spoken and written proficiency of Mandarin and English is a must
  • Mandarin Language Proficiency HSK Level 5 and above certification is preferred
  • Background in BPO or Shared Services Industry is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable in using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, Team Player, Problem Solver
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Customer service-oriented and well-organized
