Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes for understanding the voice of customer (VOC) and thereby developing market/opportunity blueprints.
  • Develop market and customer roadmaps
  • Conduct market analysis for identifying new growth pillars both in adjacencies and white space
  • Develop and manage a process for portfolio management across Semiconductor Technologies to maximize the value of capital and R&D investment spend and ensure alignment with overall Semiconductor Technologies strategic goals.
  • Responsible for aggregating application development projects and provide input and insight on prioritization across Semiconductor Technologies.
  • Responsible for ensuring sound value propositions for our offerings, translating the value propositions into selling/demand creation tools, and working with regions to translate into execution.
  • Responsible for managing the product life cycle by developing the plan for new product development, introducing new products, and retiring outdated products.
  • Overseeing customer collaboration/engagement model initiatives across strategic Semiconductor Technologies customers.
  • Work closely with the PMR Process Leaders for each of line of business and coordinate at Semi level for development of product development plans.
  • Provide input on, and attend product management review meetings for each line of business:
    • Provide input on LOB product development plans.
    • Consolidate information across Semi for global leadership.
  • Responsible for facilitating resource allocation decisions across the portfolio.
  • Develop a best practices sharing process across the lines of business to enhance marketing excellence such as product launches, customer value analysis, positioning, value pricing etc
  • Prepare consolidated Semiconductor Technologies level reviews for portfolio and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Material science or related fields
  • Significant experience in general management, commercial, operation excellence, product related assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and deliver business results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead people & teams
  • High energy, creative thinker to lead business to think beyond current offering space for growth
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate across the organization
  • Ability to flourish in a dynamic environment and lead change
  • Experience managing a team across multiple locations/regions
  • Fluency in English
