Why This Role

  • This is a 12 months renewable contract

  • You must be willing to support corporate office and manufacturing factories at Tuas and Jurong Island

  • You are responsible for manufacturing site engagement, HR operations, employee relations, welfare & payroll administration

  • You will be supported by other HR CoE functions and also various business leaders

  • You will be reporting to Singapore Country HR Manager

  • You are the go-to-person and trusted advisor to many of our colleagues

Your Experience

  • Supporting HR initiatives at country level

  • Assist in operational and administration tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits enrolment and claims, HR related events

  • Review and revise site policies

  • Manage staff communication, such as review training materials, cascading corporate communications

  • Have good knowledge of local employment legislations

  • Maintain HR data integrity

  • Effective communicator, both verbal and writing communication

  • Self-motivated and confident

  • Strong in employee engagement and relations
