Job Description

What you will do

The Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for Chillers, Industrial Refrigeration, and HVAC Controls systems.

How you will do it

• Achieve annual sales and revenue target in accordance with Company’s objectives and direction

• Responsible for the sales plan, operation, KPI and reporting to APAC management and Taiwan GM

- Align with Taiwan's country sales target and initiate service team’s growth and strategy plan.

- Forecast for order secure, revenue and margin weekly and monthly

- Monitor service team’s result for secure, revenue and margin weekly.

- Responsible for contingency action plan to improve team’s low result

- Coach FLS team for chiller install base recapture and pipeline win rate

- Lead the team to promote JCI digital solution to customer

- High Performance Team ( HPT) transformation

- Service FLSP labor utilization, optimization and productivity

- On Time Delivery ( OTD), EHS and Quality report

- Service team head count capacity and hire management

- Competency model, training and development

- Incentive plan to ensure the alignment of business priorities and KPIs

• Supervise a team to provide 1) preventive maintenance services and repair work for systems at customer sites, 2) testing and commissioning of systems installed by others, and 3) retrofit work including turnkey installation

• Manages service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Provides the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships

• Perform service solutions as necessary to achieve target

• Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer

• Coordinate all site works including those performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirements

• Prepare maintenance, repair, and retrofit proposal and tender

• Strengthen relationships with customers to secure more orders

• Assists with or performs administrative tasks

• Ensure team adheres to Company safety requirements and drive safety value and culture

What we look for

Required

• Minimum 10 years HVAC service experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level

• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting of chillers

• Proficient in English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel, learn, and train others

Preferred

• Degree holder in Building Services or engineering-related disciplines

• Hands-on experience, ability to troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul compressors

• Prior experience with York chiller and airside offerings

• Experience in tracking performance of service teams

• Competency in project planning and have strong communication and leadership skills

• Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability

• Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline

• Experience with mechanical and electrical work associated with chiller installation
