Job Description

What you will do

  • Drive the growth of East China Region HVAC contracting business (new and retrofit) to meet business target

How you will do it

  • As business unit to drive the East china region contracting (new and retrofit) business especially turnkey solutions for HVAC and control
  • Fill the technical knowledge gap for the regional offices
  • Support the branch offices for project development and formulate sales strategies
  • Maintain customer network and relationship
  • Drive pre-defined contracting (new and retrofit) campaigns
  • Maintain the pricing strategy for HVAC system and control solutions
  • Identify the key opportunities for various offices and drive the initiatives/ campaigns to achieve the business target
  • Explore and drive the partnership with various vendors / sub-contractors to enrich the offerings
  • Develop the sales tools/ playbook for office salesman/ manager
  • Prepare the material for monthly business review meeting with office contracting (new and retrofit) sales team
  • Manage and update the knowledge sharing platforms (e.g. sharepoint, Wechat etc)
  • Conduct sales training, sharing session to the office teams as necessary

What we look for


  • Degree in HVAC/ Electrical / Building Services disciplines
  • 12 years or above relevant experience in PRC retrofit projects in building services system is a must, but not limited to, performance contracting, energy audit, chiller/ BMS replacement, waste heat recovery etc.
  • Experience introducing new product and service offerings and developing corresponding value propositions


  • Sales oriented and self-motivate
  • Knowledge in Digital solution & BIM will be benefit
  • Good presentation skill, analytical skills, self-motivated and ability of multi-tasking
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English
  • Frequent travel is required for customer meeting or presentation
  • Fluency in CRM tools, MS Excel, Powerpoint and word
