The Talent Acquisition Coordinator/TA Specialist is an integral member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, and the core driver and guardian of the candidate experience. With drive, focus and an enterprising approach you will shape the candidate journey, represent our talent brand, and influence the growth of our culture. You will need to handle a varied workload, effectively prioritize and deliver with polish.

  • Handle heavy candidate interview scheduling tickets in a fast-paced environment

  • Reserve conference rooms, schedule phone screens, onsite interviews and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview teams

  • Provide high touch care keeping interviews on track, responding to questions professionally and timely and assisting/coordinating candidate needs

  • Be responsible for RecOps projects in the APAC region, looking at process excellence and data.

  • Ensure candidate records are complete and the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out

  • Utilize HRIS and ATS for Talent Acquisition administration

  • Facilitate offer letters/employment agreements and background checks


  • 2+ years in a recruitment coordination position at a fast growing tech company

  • Experience working on projects relating to recruiting efficiency and data

  • Workday experience is desirable

  • A sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize

  • A positive attitude with a dedication to problem solving and delivery

  • Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility to be a change agent to make us all better.
