Job description:
Day-to-day you will:
Lead Agile squad to perform the daily ritual
Closely work with Product owner and technical team
Sprint Planning and tracking of user stories, progress
Coaching team to follow agile principles & practices
Coordinate with other project stakeholders
Scheduling and driving scrum events, meetings
Manage day to day issues, risks, escalate any road blocks to Project Manager
Ensure all documentation as per Project standards
Your Skills Include:
You have a bachelor's degree in business, information technology or similar degree.
Overall 7+ years of experience, with atleast 3 years in Scrum master role
You are a self-starter, highly motivated and an excellent team player.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Experience in Agile way of working and Agile project delivery.
Proven experience facilitating SCRUM events and team workshops.
You have the ability to observe a team and determine together with them their next improvement objectives
Coach the team and individual team members on the agile way of working and a growth mindset
Understanding of product backlog management best practices
Scrum.org agile certifications
People management experience
