Job Description

​Job description:

Day-to-day you will:

  • Lead Agile squad to perform the daily ritual

  • Closely work with Product owner and technical team

  • Sprint Planning and tracking of user stories, progress

  • Coaching team to follow agile principles & practices

  • Coordinate with other project stakeholders

  • Scheduling and driving scrum events, meetings

  • Manage day to day issues, risks, escalate any road blocks to Project Manager

  • Ensure all documentation as per Project standards

Your Skills Include:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, information technology or similar degree.

  • Overall 7+ years of experience, with atleast 3 years in Scrum master role

  • You are a self-starter, highly motivated and an excellent team player.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

  • Experience in Agile way of working and Agile project delivery.

  • Proven experience facilitating SCRUM events and team workshops.

  • You have the ability to observe a team and determine together with them their next improvement objectives

  • Coach the team and individual team members on the agile way of working and a growth mindset

  • Understanding of product backlog management best practices

  • Scrum.org agile certifications

  • People management experience
