What you will do

  • Deliver sales growth of >10% per year:  Develop a business bases that delivers sustainable and renewable growth for both Ansul and Hygood brands.

  • Drive sales team performance: Ensure team members well directed and closely managed. Ensure relevant, achievable development goals for each territory.  Continuous monitoring of sales team activities and progress against individual performance targets. Address issues with weaker performers to ensure continuous improvement in team strength.

  • Territory Sales Plan: Develop a sales plan and deliver sales growth for key vertical markets – Semi-Conductor, MRT, Data-Center, Power.  Plan to include alignment of distribution with vertical market and detail of how to influence end-users to get our products specified. 

  • Develop distribution organization: Ensure annual targets in place for all accounts and track performance accordingly. Seek continuous development and expansion of points of distribution.  

  • Business Development: Take promotions message beyond distributors to end users and specifiers & increase value-add of our brands, increase project conversion at higher margins. 

  • CRM: Ensure proper use of Salesforce CRM system in accordance with global process requirements.

What we look for

  • 10 years sales experience in fire suppression/detection/HVAC/BMS/Lighting/industrial companies;

  • 5 years sales management experience. Demonstrated track record of developing and managing high performing sales team. Good interpersonal skills. Confident, positive and outgoing personality.

  • Background in long-cycle major project sales. Good understanding of construction market contract structures and how to access and influence decision-makers. Existing relationships with major construction group would be advantage.

  • Good networking and business development skills.

  • Track record of price management and successful handling of challenging cash-collection situations. Must have good P&L sense.

  • Cross-function knowledge / experience will be an advantage. Awareness of functional activities – Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Operations.

  • High standard of English – oral and written – frequent communication with USA.

  • Higher education qualification as appropriate.
