Job Description

Job Purpose

  1. Drive Execution excellence of Sales function including technology adoption (CRM, SAP BI, Power BI, Sales Force applications)
  2. Drive Process improvements,  Master Data Integrity & Consistency across platforms
  3. Improve the Pricing excellence 

Key Accountabilities

  1. Drive Growth enablers (including any programs related to the enablers) in close coordination with country Sales & Marketing teams
  2. Drive implementation of CRM across Sales team and be an effective conduit between Country and BU Commercial Excellence on overall improvements
  3. Drive Master Data Hygiene in both SAP, CRM and also drive consistency of data across all platforms that uses data from SAP and CRM 
  4. Setup and drive the Sales Force incentives in close collaboration with BU and country team members
  5. Support MSU Director in Route to market Strategy development/changes by having a complete and accurate Retail Landscape as well as Channel specific customer information
  6. Ensure Sales data is accurately available to Sales team and support on providing/automating Sales related trackers 
  7. Improve Sales Process (including those related to CRM) in close coordination with all team members associated with the processes
  8. Support Sales team on the Must Win Battles (MWBs) strategic initiatives rolled out from the BU team
  9. Drive Price increase implementation across countries to achieve the Commercial performance 
  10. Maintain accurate Price increase related information and report in monthly cycles including analysis and deep dive into the results
  11. Identify opportunities related to Pricing excellence (including process changes) 


  1. Knowledge & Work Experience – Paints and coatings industry, 8-10 years of work experience in commercial roles, sales excellence, sales management, key account management, sales project management, Pricing Management 
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in business management or related field.  Masters of Business Administration in related field preferred
  3. Skills – Leadership, stakeholder management, project management, drive, result orientation, communication and presentation (including workshop facilitation), strong commercial and business acumen, financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve, basic understanding of cross functional processes (supply chain, finance, HR, etc) 
  4. Preferable to know the internal applications like SAP BI, DART, DERP, Power BI, CRM
  5. Strong Analytical skills will be an asset for the role
