Key Accountabilities

  • • New position to develop business with OEM car makers. (CV and Auto markets) 
  • • Managing and supporting local distributors to maintain strong leadership position. 
  • • Support OEM customers and distributors within the full Sales Process to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law and regulations 
  • • Provide a high level of customer service in maintaining, building and increasing customer confidences 
  • • Responsible for increasing sales and market share in Vietnam 
  • • Responsible for meeting financial sales targets set 
  • • Responsible for implementing Value Added Services to OEM customers and gaining incremental sales revenue growth for Vietnam 
  • • Drive the continued application of AkzoNobel selling approach with direct customers & distributors so as to maintain AkzoNobel as quality leader 
  • • Expand the distribution network and achieve the targets for sales in Vietnam. 
  • • Responsible for developing and motivating direct customers and distributors towards realizing their optimum potential 
  • • Increase all customers including distributor alignment with the company by implementing a common vision and customer driver culture 


  • • Minimum with at least 3 years of sales experience with a good track record of at least 1-2 years in managing distributors and direct customers  
  • • Proactive in communication skills, probing, listening & presenting 
  • • Highly motivated to drive towards in achieving sales targets 
  • • Effective application of sales process & supporting 
  • • Effective demonstration of products to customers and distributors 
  • • Commands ability to manage all level relationships within distributors and direct customers 
  • • Good understanding of the Vehicle Refinish Market and Bodyshop business
